Although our quality department is complimented by three coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators and a full compliment of manual inspection equipment, quality at A&A Machine Co. is something that happens on the floor – not in the inspection room.

At A&A Machine Co. we recognize that customer service is dependent upon a series of systems - from initial contact to end use of the product. We use methods such as Gage R&R, Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) and various statistical methods to identify variation in our processes and to drive our ongoing improvement projects.
